本史料は、光緒10年（1884）に松茂氏當昭によってまとめられた、米穀や物品の受け払い書、控えの帳簿である。各文書の詳細な年代は不明であるが、主に宮良親雲上（みやらぺーちん）の受領した扶持米（ふちまい）や物品（食料品）の請取書で占められている。扶持米の請取書には、年ごとに受け取った米の量とともに、酒造用であること、上国（都へ上ること）の際の費用として積み入れることなどの用途・配分も記されている。また、各村より納められた物品のリストには、胡麻・小麦・米・タバコ・青豆の物品名が見られる。

This is an account book of payment and receipts of grains and other goods put together by Matsumo, Toushou in 1884. Each individual entry's dates were unclear, but they seemed to be mostly receipts for fuchimai (assistance rice) and other goods from Peechin Miyara. The entries regarding fuchimai listed the amounts received in chronological order and recorded its usage, such as to make wine or pay for visits to mainland Okinawa. Furthermore, on the list of items collected from the villages, items such as seasame, wheat, rice, tobacco and green beans could be found.
