  • Abstract ja 沖縄県西表島のマングローブ域でカガミテンジクダイと同定される 1 標本 ( 標準体長73.4 mm) が採集された .　国内における本種の採集記録は , 標本に基づく西表島と与那国島からの 2 例のみであり , 写真記録を合わせても極めて乏しい . これまでの記録はいずれも 1988 年から 1999 年のあいだに採集されたものであり , 本標本は国内でおよそ 20 年ぶりとなる記録である .
  • Abstract en A single specimen (73.4 mm SL) of Yarica hyalosoma (Bleeker, 1852) was collected from a mangrove area on Iriomote-jima Island, Okinawa Prefecture. In Japan, this species has been reported only from four rivers on the two islands of Iriomote-jima and Yonaguni-jima islands, Ryukyu Archipelago, and is listed as an endangered species in Japan. While there are additional photographic records from Iriomote-jima Island, the distributional records of Y. hyalosoma are still very limited in Japan. The present specimen from Iriomote-jima Island is the first specimen recorded from Japanese waters in approximately 20 years.
