本研究の目的は,「学級風土」と「教師の指導態度」が問題行動である「授業逸脱行動」を抑制するのかどうかを明らかにすることである。中学校1年~3年生580名を対象に,「学級風土」と「教師の指導態度」が「授業逸脱行動」に及ぼす影響について検討した。その結果,学級風土においては<学級内の規律>が授業逸脱行動の<潜在的逸脱行動>,<顕在的逸脱行動>を抑制する可能性があると示唆された。教師の指導態度においては,<受容的指導態度>と<要求的指導態度>が授業逸脱行動の<潜在的逸脱行動>,<顕在的逸脱行動>を抑制する可能性があると示唆された。|The purpose of this study was to explore how perceived class climate and teacher guidance and teaching behaviors affects rule-breaking behavior in class. 580 junior high school students were asked to fill out the questionnaire consist of class climate scale, teacher teaching and guidance behaviors scale and rule-breaking behavior scale. Factor analysis were conducted and as for class climate scale, tree factors were reviled. These factors are ”Student relationship”, ”Morale for group activities in class”, ”Classroom rules”. As for the teacher teaching and guidance behaviors scale, two factors such as ”acceptance guidance”, ”demanding guidance” was revealed. Finally rule-breaking behavior scale had two factors; ”covered rule-breaking behavior” and ”overt rule-breaking behavior”. In order to clarify how class climate, teacher teaching and guidance behaviors effects rule-breaking behavior in class. Multiple regression analysis was conducted and results are as follows; 1) ”Classroom rules” may reduce covered rule- breaking behavior and overt rule breaking behavior, 2) ”acceptance guidance”, ”demanding guidance” may reduce ”covered rule- breaking behavior” and ”overt rule breaking behavior”. The implications of this study was discussed.
