  • Abstract お茶の水女子大学附属図書館では「図書館サービスと業務運営のイノベーション」の創出を念頭におき，学生と図書館職員の協働による図書館活性化のための活動「LiSA（リサ）:Library Student Assistantプログラム」を2007年11月にスタートした。学生の学習・教育支援を目的として導入したLiSAプログラムは，学生に対し，幅広い資料に接することによる「学習支援」や就業体験による「キャリア形成支援」という効果をもたらすとともに，図書館にとっても心強いサポーターとして大切な存在となっている。このLiSAプログラムの取組みについて具体的なエピソードを交えて報告する。
  • Abstract In November 2007, Ochanomizu University Library began a program called“LiSA：Library\\r\\\ Student Assistant Program”. Its aim was to revitalize the library by having students and library staff work\\r\\\ together under the framework of“Innovation of Library Services and Operations.”The LiSA program was\\r\\\ established to provide learning and teaching support services to students：it provides learning support by\\r\\\ introducing students to a wide range of materials, is also effective for career development guidance by\\r\\\ providing work experience, and has a further benefit of developing a group of strong library supporters.\\r\\\ This paper reports on the development of the LiSA Program and shares a number of concrete episodes.
