  • Abstract ja 本研究では，中国における整合照料に焦点をあて，先行研究の動向について整理したうえで，中国において整合照料を導入する際の課題について検討した。その結果，中国における整合照料は主に，【理念の共有】【協力体制設計の促進】【政策の制定】【新しい情報技術の活用】【アセスメントとモニタリング体制の導入】【資金の確保】という6つの面から論じられていた。また，政府のガバナンス機能に焦点が置かれ，政府主導のもと協力体制を整備していくことが主張されていた。これらの研究動向から，サービスを利用者につなぐ媒介としてのICT等，新しい情報技術の限界や，整合照料の導入におけるメゾ・ミクロレベルの視点の欠如によりもたらされる，整合照料の理念と体制・システム設計の間のずれの問題について検討した。
  • Abstract en This study focuses on integrated care in China, summarizes previous Chinese research on the subject, and discusses trends in the field. Then, this study examines issues in the future networking of home services for the elderly in China. As a result, it was found that the six main aspects are discussed: [sharing of ideas] [promotion of collaborative system design] [enactment of policies] [utilization of new information technology] [introduction of assessment and monitoring systems] and [financial resources]. And the previous Chinese research focuses on the government's governance function and argues for the development of a government-led cooperation system. Based on this trend, this study examines the issue of the limitation of the new information technology as a mediator like ICT, and the issue that the lack of mezzo and micro level perspectives in the introduction of integrated care in China may cause a gap between the philosophy of integrated care and the design of the system.
