  • Abstract ja 【研究目的】第1報の結果より、マンシェット装着過程において重要である「ゴム嚢の固定」について、臨床経験のある看護師の動作から特徴を明らかにし、今後の教育方法の示唆を得ることを目的とした。【研究方法】臨床経験のある看護師7名がマンシェットを装着する動作を撮影し、その画像から動作を詳細に記述した。記述内容は類似性に基づき分類し、比較分析した。【結果・考察】ゴム嚢の固定動作は、時間経過により3ステップに分けることができた。さらに、使っている手の部位とゴム嚢の位置関係から、各ステップは2・3・4パターンに分類された。全ステップにおいて、常に手のいずれかの部位でゴム嚢を固定していた。また、上腕に接する支持面積を広く取って、ゴム嚢固定の安定性を保持していると考えられた。今後の教育方法に関しては、動作を言語化して伝えることと、施行方法には多様性があることを伝えていくことが重要であると考えられた。
  • Abstract en Purpose: The purpose of this study is to clarify characteristics of the fixation of bladder from the motion of wrapping the cuff practiced by nurses and to get the suggestion of education methods. Methods: It took picture that the motion of wrapping the cuff practiced by 7 nurses in digital video camera, and the motions were described in detail from that image. The descriptions were c1assified by resemblance. Results and Discussion: The motions of fixing the bladder were classified in 3 steps with the time progress. In addition, each step were classified in 2, 3 and 4 patterns from the part of hands and the position of bladder. In the all steps, part of hands fixed always the bladder. Moreover, it held the stability of fixing the bladder to take the support area which touched an upper arm widely. In the point of education methods, it was important to explain that instructors indicate to cast the motions into words and the variety of methods.
