  • Abstract ja 当院は2000年に全国９例目の脳死下臓器提供を経験した．2005年に「臓器提供のための対応委員会」を設置し，委員会の活動や院内移植コーディネーターの養成を通じて段階的に臓器提供体制を構築してきた．2022年までに79件の臓器提供関連情報があり，脳死下臓器提供４件，心停止下腎提供２件，角膜提供のみ14件を経験した．委員会活動を通じて体制整備が進み，臓器提供は終末期医療の選択肢の一つとして定着しつつある．患者及び家族の提供意思を尊重するため，今後も活動を継続したい．
  • Abstract en The ninth case of organ donation under brain death in Japan was managed at our hospital in 2000. Weestablished the Organ Donation Response Committee in 2005. A total of 79 cases of organ donation-related information were received by 2022, of which four were classified under brain death. A total of 14 corneas and two kidneys were donated. Through the activities of the committee, the organ donation system has improved. Organ donation is becoming established as an option for end-of-life care. We would like to continue our activities to encourage respect for the organ-donation wishes of patients and their families.
