  • Other ja 領域別学習の前後において、看護学生のクリティカルシンキング力を2つの尺度を用いて調査した。1)批判的思考態度尺度:「論理的思考への自覚」「探究心」「証拠の重視」の3項目で有意な上昇が見られたが、「客観性」は変化がなかった。2)CT能力自己評価尺度:全26項目のうち19項目に統計学的に有意な上昇が認められ、その中の上位5項目は、「真理への探究」「協調性」「知的成熟度」「知的謙虚さ」「現実的」であった。逆に下位5項目は、「読解・学習力」「文章表現力」「主体性」「問題解決能力」「自己決定・意思決定力」であった。特に「文章表現力」は、実習後にも向上しておらず、今後の看護教育の課題であることが明らかになった。両尺度は相関関係を示しており、元々批判的思考態度が高い学生は、実習後にCT能力が向上する傾向が認められた。また、サークル活動を行っている学生は、批判的思考態度の「探究心」「客観性」、CT能力の「コミュニケーション能力」「柔軟性」「協調性」の得点が高かった。
  • Other en PURPOSE: The critical thinking skills of nursing students underdoing domain-variant practicums were examined using two scales, both before and after the practicums. METHOD&RESULTS: On the Critical Thinking Disposition Scale, "awareness of rathional thought," "curiosity," and "focus on evidence" were significantly increased, with no change in "objectivity." On the Self-evaluation of Critical Thinking Abilities Scale, 19 of the 26 items were significantly increased, the top five being "pursuit of truth," "sense of cooperativeness," "level of intellectual maturity," "intellectual humility," and "reality-based." The bottom five items were "reading comprehension and study skills," "expressiveness in writing," "independence," "problem solving ability," and "self-determination and decision-anking ability." In particular, "wxpressiveness in writing" did not increase following the practicum, indicating a possible future area of focus for vursing education. CONCLUSION: Both scales showed correlations, as scores for those students who already scored high on the Critical Thinking Disposition Scale, and high scores on "communicative abilities," "flexibility," and "cooperativeness" on the CT Abilities Scale.
